MEET THE TEAM
JAMES MACLEOD
James has dedicated his career to the Aviation Industry with roles including VVIP & Corporate Senior Flight Attendant and ISP Trainer to Onboard Training, Coaching and Aircraft Set Up and Design.
From being a cabin crew member in his early career he progressed to managing flights and crew alignment for royalty, heads of state, diplomats and high net worth individuals on their private jets as a Corporate Lead Flight Attendant.
His passion lies in the industry and he brings the knowledge and ability to provide services on an individual and corporate level.
CAROLINE
Caroline brings experience from an extensive flying career, managing the inflight experience of Royalty, Dignitaries and HNWI for both charter operations and privately owned aircraft since 2002.
Working as an onboard coach and crew service trainer. Implementing service procedures and checklists for specific operations.
Caroline specialises in the customer journey, important touch points within a VIP service and how emotional intelligence can effect a customers experience.
JULIA
Julia with 8 years’ experience in both commercial airlines and as VIP Flight Attendant, Iuliia excels in exceptional customer service and silver service. Her reputation is built on unwavering positivity enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Have worked as a freelance flight attendant, she used to adapt quickly to changing conditions, teams and aircraft. Deeply passionate about aviation, she prides herself on providing outstanding tailored service.
Now she is eager to share her knowledge with students aspiring to enhance their skills and transition into private aviation, guiding them to deliver exceptional service and professionalism.
