JAMES MACLEOD

Managing Partner

James has dedicated his career to the Aviation Industry with roles including VVIP & Corporate Senior Flight Attendant and ISP Trainer to Onboard Training, Coaching and Aircraft Set Up and Design.

From being a cabin crew member in his early career he progressed to managing flights and crew alignment for royalty, heads of state, diplomats and high net worth individuals on their private jets as a Corporate Lead Flight Attendant.

His passion lies in the industry and he brings the knowledge and ability to provide services on an individual and corporate level.

CAROLINE

Corporate Trainer & Facilitator

Caroline brings experience from an extensive flying career, managing the inflight experience of Royalty, Dignitaries and HNWI for both charter operations and privately owned aircraft since 2002.
Working as an onboard coach and crew service trainer. Implementing service procedures and checklists for specific operations.

Caroline specialises in the customer journey, important touch points within a VIP service and how emotional intelligence can effect a customers experience.

With over a decade in aviation, Jennifer is a skilled flight attendant who began honing her passion for mentorship at Emirates, first as an ab-initio mentor and later as a part-time trainer. For the past six years, she has thrived as a Lead Flight Attendant in the corporate sector, dedicated to building and training a high-performing team. Her commitment to service, etiquette, and emotional and physical intelligence consistently elevates the passenger experience.
