• Post-Purchase Process: Upon completing your booking, our team will reach out directly via email within 24–48 hours to coordinate a mutually convenient date and time between you and your instructor.

• Pre-Session Preparation: You will be invited to submit your current CV, application photo, and details of any upcoming interviews prior to the session so your coach can review them in advance.

• Scheduling: Once payment is complete, our administrative team will contact you at the email address provided at checkout to arrange your session date and time.

• Session Validity: Purchased coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase.

• Rescheduling Policy: We understand that flight schedules change. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance (no-shows) will result in the session being forfeited without refund.

• Refund Policy: 1-to-1 coaching bookings are non-refundable once purchase is confirmed and onboarding outreach has commenced.
